If you have not yet registered with us or on the portal, you have the following options to make an appointment.​

• Email us on admin@epichealth.nz to enquire about making an appointment.

• Call us on 0800 374 254 to book an appointment

 

 

You have the right to be able to manage your own health 24/7 and now, you can do it through the Patient Portal

on Health 365.

This service gives you the opportunity to:

• Make appointments with your GP, in a fast and efficient way.

• Order repeat prescriptions.

• Follow your account payments

• Have a brief online consultation with your GP.

• View and track your Lab test results

• Get a list of scheduled events (e.g. vaccines due)

The patient portal is a modern and secure service to manage your healthcare that is provided by Epic Health. Health365 gives you secure and confidential access to your own medical records and holds a range of functionality to make it quick and easy to manage your health.

How do I get access to Health 365?

Registrations can be actioned by the team at Epic Health.

Before registering, you will need to fill in and sign the consent form (above).

You will need an individual personal email address. A confirmation email will be sent to you with a username and password.
